This ensures the raw data cannot be traced back to a specific production line without the master decryption keys held by your administrator.
2. Processing & Comparative Analysis
Calculations for sectoral performance are performed in an isolated compute environment. These analyses are conducted using multi-tenant architecture with logical separation, meaning your data is never "mixed" with other clients' data at the database level. Our emerald-standard protocols ensure that even internal OrientMetric staff have restricted access governed by the Principle of Least Privilege.
3. Distribution & Reporting
Reports are delivered via TLS 1.3 secured channels. We do not sell or lease your performance data to third-party marketing firms. Information sharing is strictly limited to authorized sub-processors—such as cloud infrastructure providers—who are contractually bound by the same PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act 2010) compliance standards we uphold in Malaysia.
4. Archival & Right to Erasure
Upon termination of service or upon specific request, OrientMetric Axiom initiates a certified data decommissioning process. We perform a "Permanent Scrub" of all identifiers across our primary and backup storage arrays. You retain the right to export your data structure at any point during your engagement with us.
